Our concierge officers are the welcoming, capable first point of contact for residential developments, serviced offices and corporate receptions. Duties typically include visitor and contractor management, parcel handling, CCTV monitoring, patrols of communal areas and enforcement of building rules.
Each officer is trained in customer service as well as security procedures, providing reassurance to residents, tenants and visitors while quietly maintaining control of the building.
